Terms & Conditions of Sale
1. Price: Selling prices of any treatments such as Facial, Massage, Waxing and Threading are fixed by the price list in force at the time of the purchase and may include geographical and sales channel variances. Himalayan Beauty reserves the right to change prices at any time and any clients on the basis of their needs.
2. Additional Charges: Freight, COD, sales taxes and other applicable charges are included as part of the total invoiced cost. These charges are included as part of the Customer’s balance with the understanding and agreement that the Customer is responsible for the total invoiced cost.
3. Payment Policy: Himalayan Beauty accepts the following payment methods: Cash in Store only, All major credit and debit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Debit cards must have a Visa or Master Card logo to be used for purchases online.
4. Risk of Loss: Himalayan Beauty will not take responsibility in risk of loss, damage or destruction of product by reason of theft, fire, water or any other cause. Customers need to take care of their stuff themselves.
5. Product: We only sale Gift Cards but don’t sale products from our Salon. Gift cards are not returnable or refundable for cash.
6. Age: Treatments are only for those who are 18 or over 18 of age. Under 18 are not allowed to get these services strictly. Must be aged 18 or over; valid photo ID may be required.
7. Online Voucher offer such as Groupon, Wowcher/Living Social etc are only for our new customers. In second visit they will be full charged for their treatments. Without voucher number your bookings won’t be fixed so voucher numbers are must be provided during your bookings. Fail to cancellation/Re-scheduling before 24 hours earlier, your voucher number will be remedied. Expired vouchers are not accepted and Therapist can’t be requested if you have bought vouchers.
