Online bookings are paid when you book, by card, PayPal or a Himalayan Beauty gift card. Bookings made by phone or in the salon are paid in the salon.
Yes, from the link in your confirmation email, up to 24 hours before (48 hours for visits of two hours or more). You can move a booking yourself up to 2 times. Closer to the time, call us. Booking and cancellation policy
Your treatment still ends at the time booked, so the next guest isn't kept waiting, and the full price applies. Call us and we'll do our best.
Yes. Choose who the treatment is for when you book. You pay and get the emails; their health form and notes stay their own. Under 16s need a parent or guardian with them.

Yes: two people side by side in one of our couples rooms, each with their own therapist. Couple prices are for two. Couples treatments
For some treatments we email you a short health form before your first visit. It takes a few minutes and keeps your treatment safe.
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your time, so you can settle in and, on a first visit, go through your health form. Your treatment ends at the time booked, so arriving late shortens it.
Nothing is required, but you'll enjoy it more if you skip a heavy meal and alcohol in the hour or two before, and drink some water. Tell us if anything about your health has changed since your last visit.

We don't have our own parking, but there are paid car parks a few minutes' walk away: Q-Park St Stephen's Green under the St Stephen's Green Shopping Centre (entrance on Glover's Alley) and Q-Park Dawson Street (entrance on School House Lane). There is also paid on-street parking around the Green.
