At Himalayan Beauty, we’re honored to care for every guest who walks through our doors.
To keep our service smooth and fair for all, we have a few simple guidelines. Thank you for helping us respect both your time and our therapists’ time.
📅 1. Cancellation & Rescheduling
For 1-Hour Treatments
- Minimum 24 hours’ notice required to cancel or reschedule.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.
For Treatments of 2 Hours or Longer
- Minimum 48 hours’ notice required to cancel or reschedule.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.
⏳ Why this matters: This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another guest who may be waiting.
🚫 2. No-Show Policy
- 1-Hour Treatments: Full treatment cost will be charged.
- 2+ Hour Treatments: Full treatment cost will be charged.
A “no-show” means not attending your appointment without prior notice.
⏰ 3. Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late, your session will end at the scheduled time to avoid delaying the next guest.
- The full treatment fee will apply.
Your therapist will still ensure you receive the most from the remaining time.
